Did you know that the Town of Cary has
AMAZING Gardens?

Our Top Realtor, Keith Bliss knows first hand because he is the founder of one of the gardens, the Cary Pocket Garden.

This weekend the Town of Cary has announced a day of service in memory of 9/11 to help construct two additional gardens in the town.

Check it out!

The Town of Cary will host two opportunities for volunteers to construct raised vegetable gardens: September 11 from 4-6 p.m. at Fire Station 1, 1501 N. Harrison Avenue; and September 13 from 10 a.m.-noon at Fire Station 6, 3609 Ten-Ten Road. At each event, the Town of Cary will provide the tools and materials; volunteers only donate their time. All participants must be 15 years old or be accompanied by an adult and must register by email to sarah.justice@townofcary.org no later than 5 p.m. on September 8. For more, search “Spruce” at www.townofcary.org or call (919) 469-4301. And for more on Cary’s green initiatives, services and outreach opportunities, like the Town on Facebook at www.facebook.com/CaryItGreen.
